"じょしらく (Joshiraku)" of the title shortened 女子落語 Joshi rakugo (girl rakugo).
A title has it with "落語 (Rakugo)", but there are few scenes that really play "落語 (Rakugo)".
This is so because the original author is not familiar with the "落語 (Rakugo)",

They are contents said that a girl's storyteller is talking in fact in the dressing room.
It is a theme to enjoy the pretty, interesting conversation between girls.

In addition, to a "落語 (Rakugo)", only a male comic storyteller exists in fact.

Authorship of this work is the same as the original author "久米田 康治 (Kouji Kumeta)" of the "さよなら絶望先生 (Sayonara, Zetsubou-Sensei)"

Supervisor "水島努 (Tsutomu Mizushima)" of this anime has a good reputation of gag anime.
(侵略!イカ娘 (Squid Girl), よんでますよ、アザゼルさん。 (Yondemasuyo, Azazel-san), etc).

And a lot of black humor is included in this anime.
I think it is the main attraction of this anime.

Ending song can be heard from 1:30.
Japanese idol unit "ももいろクローバーZ（Momoiro Clover Z）" sings this Ending song.
It is very good music to feel cheerful when I hear this music!
